Please see the FAQ for full details. Orders ship on a fluctuating timeline dependent on many factors. Generally orders ship within two weeks of the order date on the nearest Monday (rounding up). This typically works out to about three weeks, but add a weeks time if these dates fall over a major holiday or sabbat, or if Mortellus' is out of town at an event. If your order contains ANY custom, made-to-order, or pre-order, the entire order will be held for that item. If you'd like them to ship separately, please order them separately to cover the individual shipping costs.

All sales are final, Mortellus reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, and refunds are not available for fluctuating pre-order dates, delays in shipping, orders damaged in transit, or sized by customs or other authorities during shipping.

Note that made to order items may incur a shipping delay as these items are customized to order. This will delay your orders ship date and your entire order will be held until this item is ready. Please reach out by email with any questions about timing.
